Enershield was a one-component fluid-applied vapor permeable air/water-resistive barrier. It incorporated BASF premuim synthetic rubber-based formulations which allowed for optimized application thickness.  The product was resilient and could be spray-, roller-, trowel-, or brush-applied directly to approved wall substrates.

It provided excellent secondary moisture protection behind most wall claddings including CI, EIFS, stucco (slip sheet required), brick, siding and metal panels.
